Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed on baggatti.com. By placing an order you accept them in full. The seller's identity and registration are set out in our Legal notice.

We describe each piece as accurately as we can; colours may vary slightly with your screen. Products are offered while stocks last.

Prices are shown in euros for France (VAT included) and US dollars for the United States, and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when you order. Any delivery costs are shown before you confirm.

Your order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a stock issue — and will refund you in full if we do.

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Shopify Payments. We never store your full card details. Your order ships once payment is confirmed.

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

If you are an EU consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, in line with your statutory rights. Return the item unworn, with all tags and original packaging.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within the statutory period after we receive the item. See Shipping & Returns for how to start a return.

Your purchase is covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided by law. These apply regardless of any commercial guarantee.

We are liable for the proper performance of the contract, subject to the exclusions and limits permitted by law. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control.

Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, EU consumers may use a consumer mediator or the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform. The competent courts are those provided by law.
